Job Description

With very considerable success in our US business, led by a small team based in NYC and Houston, we now want to grow our US footprint and deliver our winning brand of executive search to a wider audience. 

We are interested in working with individuals on a flexible, collegiate basis where we share fee revenue and deliver the highest quality services to delight our clients. You may want to focus on business development, helping to deliver projects or managing an entire executive search assignment to conclusion. We are open to ideas, locations and experiences. If you have never been involved with recruitment before that’s also fine as we offer full training and a range of options to engage with us.

Job Requirements

• You should have extensive contacts and credibility in the US chemicals sector – almost any part from petrochemicals to specialty and fine chemicals, polymers or materials.
• You should have a natural talent for sales, business development and project delivery, a keen eye for detail and human tendencies and a passion for quality execution.
• Management consulting experience of most types, particularly strategy or commercial works well in our experience. Indeed, engaging with us could be a ‘bolt-on’ activity to your current work.
• You should be effective working with colleagues at arm’s length and internationally.
• You should be able to work on a highly leveraged income structure.
• You should be effective with normal IT packages and CRM systems and happy to learn new ones.
• You should be comfortable and effective working from a home base. This could be anywhere, although a base close to major clients would be good, such as East Coast, Mid-West or Gulf Coast.
