Job Requirements

• Experience of managing technical teams, strong project management skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the business context of innovation
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong networking and communication skills, the ability to represent the company in discussion with customer technical teams
• A bachelors degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a closely related subject is required. An advanced degree would be advantageous
• 10+ years experience with a value-added speciality chemicals company is ideal. Experience and knowledge of the fluorochemicals sector is a plus
• Knowledge of end market applications in automotive, HVAC, refrigerants and thermal management would be beneficial
• Candidates should be US-based, with US citizenship or green card. International relocation is not available.
