CCD Partners is a chemicals and life sciences corporate development consultancy.

Business leaders (owners, CEOs, and investors) use us to boost their existing in-house pool of talent with the specialist experience and resources needed to deliver transformative corporate development projects.

In general, what we do can be divided between “sell-side” projects (e.g. raising capital, divestments, founder succession, exits/sales), “buy-side” projects (e.g. investments, acquisitions), and “development” projects (e.g. recruitment, market intelligence, strategic consulting).

Our ability to combine highly specialist resources from multiple fields, tailored to the needs of each project, allows our clients to uncover, evaluate, and pursue opportunities and strategic potential that would otherwise be out of reach.

Job Description

CCD Partners provides a central resource of data, researchers, marketing collateral, and collaboration tools to our pool of specialist consultants. We are looking for more consultants to join the network. The role typically includes providing specialist input on acquisition searches, supporting due diligence teams, and helping position innovative businesses for fund raising and sale.

Job Requirements

Our consultants typically have 20+ years experience in their respective fields and either direct experience of consulting or senior leadership positions in industry.
