Our client is a well established polymers trader and distributor with headquarters in Europe and operations in the Middle East.

Job Description

Growth of their USA business over the past 2 year has led to the need to establish a stronger local presence. The intent is to hire a Operations Director / GM  / Senior Trader who can accelerate sales and business growth in the Americas for polymers products. 

Job Requirements

 – You will have extensive experience selling and/or trading of commodity polymers products – polyolefins, PVC, PET etc

– You will have the seniority, contacts, charisma and market knowledge to open doors to new producers in order to establish new distribution relationships for commodity polymers sales and distribution.

– You will have leadership ability to be able to develop a team of sales and related professionals as the business grows.

The ideal base is Houston but alternative locations may be possible in the US if convenient for existing clients.
